1st Agent:

Normal Perm Aging Time:

Stiff Hair: Soften for 5-10 minutes with the first agent.
Healthy Hair: 7-10 minutes of heat treatment with the first agent, then naturally age for 10-15 minutes.
Damaged Hair: 5-8 minutes of heat treatment with the first agent, then naturally age for 10 minutes.

Direct Perm Aging Time:

Stiff Hair: Soften for 5-10 minutes with the first agent.
Healthy Hair: 7 minutes of heat treatment with the first agent, then naturally age for 7-10 minutes.
Damaged Hair: 3 minutes of heat treatment with the first agent, then naturally age for 5-8 minutes.

2nd Agent Aging Time:

After applying the first agent and achieving the desired softness, rinse the hair.
Apply the second agent and leave naturally for 10 minutes.
