Apply the appropriate first agent to clean hair, ensuring even coverage. Monitor the softening process carefully:
PS Magic Perm H1 (For Healthy Hair):
Leave on for 10 to 20 minutes depending on hair thickness and resistance.
PS Magic Perm N1 (For Damaged / Extreme Damaged Hair):
Leave on for 5 to 15 minutes. Frequent checking is recommended for extremely damaged hair.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water once desired softening is achieved, then proceed with blow-drying and iron-work/winding.

Leave on to set for 7 to 10 minutes.
